Selling my Ghia to fund something else 

Regrettable but neccesary sale 

Sorry its long winded. 

1960 model 
1600tp/31 pict carb runs fine,doesnt use oil as far as I'm aware, I dont use it much.f@#k all oil leaks,maybe a drop or 2 since Ive had it (one year) 

Gearbox works fine and doesnt jump outta gear.Empi shifter 
Adj beam,old style adjusters. Currently sits about 100mm off the ground. 
Interior is in good cond with Alfa seats,rear seat is perfect but not og material,same as the door cards etc 

Dash has had a cut to fit a non og tape deck which I have removed.Has had 2 small alt and oil pressure gauges fitted,not operating though.Dont even think theyre connected 

There is a small amount of rust in the rh sill and drivers door.Will try and get pics if ya half interested. 
Ive put a magnet around the whole car and it stays there.

The paint is a 20foot car.Cracking in places and a few scratches. 
Pics make it look like a great paint job,it isnt 

Drivers door needs adjusting,as Ive tried to sort it and get the glass to cooperate but rather than smash the shit out of it trying to line them up,I left it alone. 

To someone that likes og stuff,it may not be your cup of tea. 
Without seeing it,I wouldnt advise a purchase on my comments and description to anyone (though I did and didnt regret it) 
I would recommend viewing it with your own eyes. 

To someone that wants a cool Ghia and happy to do stuff as a rolling resto, maybe its for them. 

People say its worth 12k, some say 15k, some are undecided.Its worth what someone wants to pay I spose. 
I f#*king love the look of it and the reaction I get from enthusiasts and non VW people,but I cant keep it. 

Ive seen ghia's online and advertised that are in bits and need a total resto and not driveable for 10-15k 
Mine is nowhere near that,and you can drive the shit out of it. 

I need a minimum of 12.5k without the 356 rims or 13k with them fitted,as I really want to keep them.Its got new 135 tyres and very good 165's on the back with flappers.
