As if I didn't have enough projects, just committed to another one - building a wood fired oven.

The plan is to get it finished for Izabella's first birthday in March. It will also make a handy venue for pizzas for the VW crowd too. ;)

The oven is an insulated brick buillt dome that a wood fire is set inside. once up to temperature you can then cook pizzas in about 90 seconds. Not shown on my mockup below is the chimney flue which will be added at a later date.
