So, do you know a good back yard mechanic?
Got a mate who knows their way around a VW, or some thing to do with fixing and modifying cars?
Are the happy to work for cash, booze or sexual favours ;) Then why not post them up here & what they can do ( please check with them first) share the love around among other VW people, somebody else in your area mignt need a hand and the person you know might make a couple of extra bucks.
I'll kick it off:
Pat in the Inner West of Adelaide, makes some of the nicest narrowed & adjustable front beams you could hope to fine anywhere, he also now makes adjustable & notched rear spring plates for swing axel & IRS.
The stuff he turns out is second to none & about 1/2 the price of most work shops, some of the shops in adelaide have even bought front beams of of him.

And i have another mate Aarron who is u at Salisbury in the North, he dose Pannel & paint, and if you want to see what he can do, check out the pictures of my roof he painted on my razor. He is also a wizard with welding and he really know what he is doing when it comes too installing air ride systems.
If you want either of their contact deatils, just let me know & i'll send them to you.
SO, WHO DO YOU KNOW ?

His speciality is Kombis ... but is more than capiable on any type of VW. He is out near Hahndof you can contact me if you want his details. He also buys & sells VW's too.

If they are up for it, add them in to the directory. It will make them easier for others to find. I've added a 'help a vdubber' category. You can either add them there, or add them as a business in the business category. If you get them to join up they can even receive messages through the site.
As for who do I know to add in....
I only know you, and you only seem to be good at breaking VW's. Not sure I should reccommend you to others :D
LOL
