Been trying to find some cheap 85.5mm pistons with a crown with enough material to be machined into a squishy design. Diesels seem to be the way to go but most seem to have a hole in the crown. Also need to figure out the crown design that would work...

Found some more info from a page on 2 cylinder aero engines including plans for a jig. Looks like it it is a slightly different jig from the previous photos as the angle is 58 degrees instead of 55. Bit more info on how to drill the holes though. [f...
